Renting is easy, safe, and smart, but it can be new to many.
We aim to make it as straightforward as possible before, during, and after the rental period. Therefore, we always offer:

PRIVACY POLICY
Casa Mobil AS (hereafter referred to as "We") wants you, as a user, to feel confident that we safeguard your privacy and process all personal information in accordance with the law.
Personal Information
To use our online booking service, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. To place an order, it is also necessary to store information about the rental period and the type of equipment reserved/ordered. The service has a minimum age limit of 24, and therefore you must also provide your birth year. Your order history is saved when using the service. This personal information is used to deliver the service to you. We will retain this personal information as long as you remain registered as a user with us. The personal information we have stored can be accessed and modified on your account page, which you can find within the online booking service after logging in. You can also contact us and request that we delete your personal information or deregister you from our systems. You will then no longer be able to use the service unless you register again.
Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not sell, exchange, or disclose your personal information to third parties. The online booking is handled by a system provided by Sharefox.no.
Payment Information
When you place an order, your payment card information is stored by the payment provider STRIPE to ensure your order is processed. STRIPE stores this information securely and is PCI certified. This enables us to handle order changes, cancellations of reservations such as deposits, crediting, further user-incurred costs (for late returns, damages, or the like), and to reduce misuse and fraud. Transaction details will be stored in relation to your order, but not the card details. Transaction details will be retained as long as you remain registered as a user of the service in accordance with the section on personal information.
Use of Collected Information
The personal information collected for these purposes includes both information you provide yourself (name, email address, etc.) and information collected through the use of the service, such as the equipment you rent and information about your position and technical information about your device and internet connection. The personal information may be supplemented with available information from third-party providers.
Cookies
When you visit our service, we use various technologies to recognize you as a user and collect data. For example, we use cookies to remember rental dates and equipment. Cookies simplify the use of the service and provide you with relevant information when you visit our website. They are also used to cache data such as available rental dates, prices, and the like.
Through server logs and other tools, we can record information about the device and connection to our service, including operating system, browser version, IP address, cookies, and unique identification files. This information is used in anonymous and aggregated statistics, but can also be linked to your user account. The information enables us, among other things, to customize the display of our service to the device you are using.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Casa Mobil AS (formerly Indre &Oslash;stfold Bobilutleie), Trippestadveien 18, 1814 Askim, org no. 933 065 340, operates a rental service where businesses and consumers can rent motorhomes with additional equipment online and pick up and return them at our business premises at Trippestadveien 18, Askim, or at other addresses if agreed upon. The service also includes membership offers where benefits such as discounts or extra offers can be obtained.
1 General
These terms apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from <a href="http://www.casamobil.no/">www.casamobil.no</a> to businesses and consumers. Together with your order, these terms constitute a complete agreement for the purchase.
2 Definitions of Parties
The Lessor or seller is: Casa Mobil AS.
The Lessee is: The person identified as the lessee or buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the lessee, customer, you, yours, or yourself.
By rental objects, we mean motorhomes, equipment, and anything else rented out on casamobil.no.
By delivery form/service points, we mean delivery or return at business premises or another agreed-upon address.
3 Payment, Prices, and Cancellation
Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard online through our payment processor STRIPE, which meets the strictest security requirements. When ordering, the rental agreement is considered concluded.
All prices include VAT, unless otherwise specified. In case of significant pricing errors from Casa Mobil's side on the website, Casa Mobil may unilaterally change, delete, or reject orders even after the customer has received an order confirmation or similar. However, such errors must be corrected and the customer informed within a reasonable time after the error is discovered.
PRICES
All prices are in Norwegian kroner and are shown including VAT. The rental cost is stated before ordering and includes all costs associated with the rental, such as fees and delivery costs.
Our prices are dynamic. The price at the time of booking applies regardless of price changes or promotions that may occur between booking and your rental period.
PAYMENT
Upon booking, the tenant has 2 options for payment depending on how long it is until the rental period begins.
If there are more than 40 days until the rental period begins, the tenant has the option to pay only 15% upon booking. The rest will be due 21 days before the start of the rental period.
If there are less than 40 days until the rental period begins, the tenant will pay the full amount upon booking.
After booking, you will receive an order confirmation from our booking system by email.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation between the booking date and 21 days before the agreed start of the rental period, the tenant will be charged 15% of the total rental amount.
In case of cancellation within 21 days of the agreed start of the rental period, the tenant will be charged 100% of the total price.
4 Condition of Rental Objects
Casa Mobil undertakes to provide rental objects of high quality in operational condition. Casa Mobil has its own procedures for inspecting and maintaining rental objects before and after rental.
During the rental period, you are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment. Exemption from liability may occur if the damage or loss is due to technical faults or defects. Therefore, the lessee must inspect the rental object before use and contact Casa Mobil if the rental object is not in the expected condition.
5 Damage
All damage, technical faults, or accidents that may occur during the rental period must be reported to Casa Mobil immediately. We will then do our best to assist the lessee. Damage should be reported to post@iobobilutleie.no immediately. This also applies to theft.
If damage occurs due to incorrect use, intent, or negligence, Casa Mobil may invoice to cover the cost of repair, service, or replacement of the motorhome. This also applies if the equipment is returned in a neglected condition or is returned dirtier than normal. All cars are fully comprehensive insured with a deductible of NOK 10,000, which will be invoiced to the lessee if the insurance needs to be used.
The tenant is liable for any damage and loss of the car, regardless of fault if the issue is not covered by the car's insurance. The tenant is responsible for deductibles and other costs incurred in such a case.
We always strive to provide the best advice and tips for using the rental object, but we are not responsible for performance or for direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the rental object, delays, or faults in the rental object.
6 Use of Rental Object
The use of rental objects is at your own risk. The user must be over 24 years old and have held a driver's license for at least 2 years. The tenant and additional drivers must provide valid driver's licenses. Copies of driver's licenses will be stored by the lessor during the rental period.
The tenant is responsible for ensuring that equipment and accessories are used in a way that does not damage or unreasonably dirty them. Proper and safe use of the equipment is the tenant's responsibility. The lessor facilitates proper use of the equipment by providing user manuals, instructions, and safety procedures with the motorhome and/or on the lessor's website. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the lessor's use and safety procedures before using the equipment.
You must also follow the car's instructions for use and any other instructions from Casa Mobil.
Our motorhomes are owned by Brage Finans and leased to Sanders Jobb and Fritid AS from Satmsaas Fritid AS. In the event of any payment default in the rental chain, each of these parties has the right to terminate the rental agreement and retrieve the car from the tenant without objection.
7 Accessories
As a general rule, accessories must be purchased or rented separately when booking a motorhome and chosen according to the task the tenant wishes to perform on the website. The website also describes what is included in the rental object delivery.
8 Renter's Rights and Responsibilities
The renter must be at least 24 years old and is obliged to provide correct customer details when creating a user account to be able to order and rent on casamobil.no. Casa Mobil sends messages to the specified email, address, and phone, and such messages are considered received and valid upon sending by us.
The user account is personal, and if you suspect that others have access to your account, you are obligated to immediately notify Casa Mobil. Casa Mobil reserves the right, without notice or liability, including if the terms are deemed violated.
Furthermore, these rental terms must be accepted before ordering on the website.
The renter must return the rental object before the agreed date and time expires and in the agreed delivery form. The renter is expected to stay updated on the normal opening hours of the service point.
Upon payment, the Renter or the cardholder must authorize Casa Mobil to create credit card instructions for, among other things, rental objects that are not returned, are dirtier than normal, or have damage. This authorization also extends to charging the payment card for additional rent or claims for compensation if the rental object is returned after the expiration of the agreed rental period or is returned with defects or deficiencies. When paying a deposit, the lessor's right to reserve amounts or deduct other, non-agreed amounts from the tenant's credit card expires.
Delay in returning the motorhome in relation to the agreed rental period entitles the lessor to additional rent for each commenced hour at an hourly rate of NOK 750, - plus a supplement covering Casa Mobil's additional expenses for late return.
9 Order Changes
To change an order, Casa Mobil must be contacted. The changes will not be valid until confirmed in writing by us. This is to ensure that the rental objects are actually available. If not otherwise agreed and confirmed, the rental object must be returned at the agreed time. Extension of the rental period can be made before the start of the rental period and/or during the rental period by changing the start or end date, but is subject to the availability of the motorhome.
Changes and cancellations of rental objects that affect the availability of the rental objects for other users may be subject to a change fee to cover the costs of rebooking. All costs will be disclosed to the renter before entering into or changing an order.
10 Delivery and Return
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation that does not require any further signature. A separate delivery agreement is signed by both parties upon the delivery of the motorhome.
By placing an order, you accept that you are familiar with our terms and conditions.
Delivery and return take place in the manner, at the location, and at the time specified in the order confirmation. You can also find this information on your account page. We are responsible for the products until they are handed over to you, which means when you have received the products in your possession. To receive the rental object, you must have your booking reference. The name you provide in the reservation must match the name on the ID card when picking up.
If the delivery of the rental objects is delayed, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of it, along with information on when delivery can take place, or if the product(s) are sold out or the rental object(s) are not available.
You are responsible for the product until it is returned to us or our service points.
We inspect the condition and functionality of the rental objects and ensure that all parts are present when they are returned to us after use.
11 Membership
Membership entitles you to discounts and other membership benefits when offered. Both individuals and businesses can be members, but the person who is enrolled is legally responsible and the contracting party.
Membership is automatically renewed until terminated by the renter. It can be terminated on the account page by stopping the subscription. The membership will then expire at the end of the current period and will be terminated thereafter.
12 Right of Withdrawal on Purchases
The Right of Withdrawal Act entitles you to cancel your purchases. The right of withdrawal applies to goods that are purchased and not to rental objects (See the Right of Withdrawal Act htttps://lovdata.no/dokument//NL/lov/2014-06-20-27).
13 Intellectual Property Rights
The content and service are protected by the Copyright Act. Image material stored on the site has been obtained with permission from the copyright holders. Videos on YouTube are links to third-party services beyond Casa Mobil's control.
14 Privacy
Casa Mobil processes your personal information in a secure data register to fulfill its obligations and protect its rights under the rental agreement. The personal information processed includes name, address, phone number, email address, and order history. This history will remain stored for accounting purposes and other obligations and will only be shared with third parties in connection with accounting and with the owner of the motorhome. All stored information is available on "My Account." The tenant has the right to have their personal information removed from the Lessor's systems, which is done by personal contact with Casa Mobil.
Your payment card will be stored as long as you have an active order. Storage of the payment card is done by our payment facilitator STRIPE. They store the information securely and responsibly. Storing the payment card makes it even easier when you shop. You can delete payment cards on your page. Casa Mobil does not store any credit card details itself.
Casa Mobil uses cookies, like most other online stores. Cookies store data in your browser so that the website can recognize you from page to page and visit to visit. We can then recognize who you are so that you can, among other things, get correct prices and easier login. We also collect usage information to improve the quality of the service.

15 Choice of Law
These terms are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law. The agreed jurisdiction is Oslo District Court.
16 Changes
Casa Mobil reserves the right to change or replace these terms at any time. The current terms are always available at iobilutleie.no. If Casa Mobil considers that the changes to the terms are significant in relation to the renter's rights or obligations, the changes will be made available at iobilutleie.no 30 days before they take effect.
By using the service after the changes to the terms have been made available at casamobil.no, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you cannot use casamobil.no.
